Will using a Tonersmart premium toner cartridge affect our machine's warranty?
By using Tonersmart Premium Laserjet Cartridges We unequivocally guarantee 100% that using our toner cartridges in your printer will not in anyway affect your printer warranty. We believe in our product, and we know you will too. If however an HP LaserJet printer failure or printer damage is found to be directly attributed to the use of a Tonersmart product, the repair will be covered under the 100% Two Year Tonersmart warranty. How can your toner exceed the capacity of an OEM toner?
Our toner cartridges are rigorously tested and performance analysed to, at the very least match the colour and quality of OEM toners, but, unlike OEM toners, many of ours contain a long life coated drum and extra toner capacity which gives our toner cartridges higher quality print performance for longer. Some have 100% extra yield than their respective OEM cartridges.
How much cash back do I receive on returning a used Tonersmart laser cartridge?
You will receive a fixed amount of £6.00 for every single Tonersmart branded laser cartridge returned to us.
Why do you pay so much for the return of an empty/used Tonersmart laser cartridge?
This is an extremely good question. We know what goes into manufacturing our Tonersmart branded toner cartridges, they remain an extremely valuable commodity due to the quality of components contained therein and we have buyers worldwide, interested in purchasing them for their remanufactured toner cartridges.
Why are your cartridges not just another refilled or remanufactured cartridge?
Tonersmart cartridges are smartly engineered toner cartridges. These are manufactured to compete with OEM brands and not the poor quality/inferior cheaper toners. Tonersmart cartridges are a quality assured product and are an excellent alternative to the OEM cartridges. They are manufactured to a world class standard, and have been ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certified.
May I return a non Tonersmart cartridge to you for recycling?
Yes, we encourage everybody to return all toner cartridges to us, for recycling, not only to assist us in our pledge to help keep our environment free from toxic waste but in addition to this, you will be making a small donation for every cartridge returned, to our sponsored charity Whizz- Kidz.
