There are many different types of printer cartridges but not all will have a value for recycling purposes. Some companies will only collect toners that have a recyclable value, whereas at Tonersmart we'll collect all toners regardless of value.
Collecting toners and having them recycled is of course important environmentally, however toners that have no value are dismantled into their separate components then melted down and used to manufacture products. Consequently the cartridges aren't harming the environment by sitting in landfill sites.
